  • Customers can cancel their order by logging into their account or can call borassco customer care at +91 6235115155 or send an email to borassco@gmail.com to request for cancellation.
  • Cancellation would be allowed only till the time the products have not been dispatched from borassco warehouse. Post-dispatch, no cancellation is allowed

  • borassco.com offers a 14 day no questions asked return policy to all its customers.
  • Customers can raise a return request by logging into their account or can call borassco customer care at +91 6235115155 or send an email to borassco@gmail.com with order details.
  • Post return request, customers are required to pack the entire product including packing material, invoice, all accessories and keep it ready for pick up.
  • Post pick up, our QC team will verify if the product has not been used and is in good condition for further sale. Plus, all the items have been sent back. In case product is found damaged or in used condition or any accessory is missing ,borassco can deny refund to the customer.

Refund Policy

At borassco, we thank our customers for purchasing from our website. We recommend you to carefully read our policies, conditions as well as terms of use. This will give you all the important information regarding our obligations and your rights as our customers for any purchase that you make on our website. We strive to meet your expectations, make efforts to ensure all orders placed are delivered as per the specifications of our customers and stick to the timelines for shipping and delivery.

  • However, if a customer submits wrong information on lenses for eyeglasses frames then borassco will only refund money for eyewear frames. No refund will be issued for the wrongly ordered prescription of the lenses, their type, size and color.
  • We suggest our customers to not accept the delivery in case of a damaged packaging. Simply refuse to take the order and inform us immediately so that we can take further action.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to not to accept the damaged shipment or if the package is already opened. However, if the product is found to be damaged after opening the package, the customer should write to us or call us to log-in the issue on the same day. If the customer fails to do that in the given time period mentioned above, then he/she will not be eligible for free returns.

Refund Process: To initiate a refund kindly write to us at borassco@gmail.com making topic “refund” or “cancellation” we will reply within 48hrs.
Refund Cycle: Complete refund process will take 30 working days. If you like to cancel or refund kindly send us a remail on borassco@gamil.com .

 

WARRANTY

 

Borassco.com  allows warranty only for lenses. All lens provided by borassco.com coverd by 6 months replacement warranty. Warranty can be claimed only under certain T&C . To claim warranty user can contact us on our customer service by mailing to borassco@gmail.com with images of the lens
