Return and Exchange Period:

You may return or exchange your eyewear within 7 days from the date of purchase.
The returned product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact.

 

Refund Policy:

Please note that we do not offer refunds for returned products.
We are happy to provide you with an exchange or store credit for the returned item.

 

Warranty Information:

Frame Warranty: We offer a 1-year warranty on frames, excluding hinges. If you encounter any manufacturing defects in the frame within one year from the date of purchase, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Lens Coating Warranty: We provide a 1-year warranty on lens coatings. If there are any defects or issues with the coating within one year from the date of purchase, please reach out to our customer service team.

 

Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within the designated return period.
Our customer service representatives will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN).

Please ensure that the RAN is clearly written on the outside of the package when returning the product.

 

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
